In the summer Sochi offers over 140 kilometers of spectacular Mediterranean-style beaches, creating one of Europe’s largest coastlines and most unique resort regions. In the winter the mountain resort area of Krasnaya Polyana is rapidly developing into a world-class mountain ski resort center. International Olympic Committee has designated Sochi as the host city of the 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
