The hotel is working on the support invitation letter for us.They said that it would take up to 2 weeks. They have already requested the documents from the Russian Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. There are 2 more things that they need from us.
First, the hotel has to show the prove of insurance during your stay at the hotel. They offered $50.000 medical and $10.000 accidental coverage for $1.75 per person per day.
Second, we have to pay $12 per person fee ($ 7 to the Russian Ministry Of Foreign Affairs as an application fee and $5 express courier service.)
Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise we have to send them the money as soon as possible. We will be sending them the money as soon as we get the confirmation from you, guys. We will send you the invoice for the support letter and the insurance. You can pay it by credit card or send us a check whatever is more convenient for you.
